When the deck and most of the existing roof are still sound, a coating system renews the surface and seals it against water, without the cost and mess of a full tear-off.
Not every roof is a good fit for a coating. A roof with widespread trapped moisture or structural damage may need repairs or a new TPO or PVC membrane instead. The inspection tells you which option makes sense.
